It covers only the original purchaser, for products bought through an authorised dealer, and proof of purchase may be required. It doesn't cover damage from alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping, lightning, power surges or other acts of nature, or from unauthorised tampering or repairs.
