Shipping Destinations

We ship exclusively to customers in Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping is available to all Australian addresses, including metropolitan, regional, and remote areas. Note that delivery times and carrier options may vary based on your location or postal code.

Handling Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 0-1 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Most orders placed before the cutoff time will ship the same day. Handling time includes the minimum (0 days for same-day processing if ordered before cutoff) and maximum (1 day) business days required to prepare your order.

Order Cutoff Time

To qualify for same-day handling, orders must be placed by 2:00 PM AEST on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. All times are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

Shipping Options, Costs, and Transit Times

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected method and order value. We offer free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum value required. Costs are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated. Below is a summary of our shipping services:

  • Regional Variations: Shipping times may vary by region within Australia (e.g., longer for remote areas). We do not ship to PO boxes for certain items; please provide a street address.

Additional Charges

  • Taxes: All prices and shipping costs include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable for Australian orders.
  • Other Fees: No additional customs duties or import fees apply since we ship domestically only. However, if an order requires special handling (e.g., oversized items), we will contact you for approval of any extra charges.

Holiday and Delay Considerations

Delivery estimates may be extended by 1-2 business days if handling or transit times overlap with national holidays in Australia (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Australia Day, or other public holidays). We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon handover to the carrier.
