How to Initiate a Return

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product.
  • If the return is approved for our error or defect, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping fees upon receipt of proof.

Refunds and Exchanges
