Details

When the ground is too soft or too hard for a normal peg, fill a bag instead. This Kelty stake is a triangular fabric pouch that holds a tent steady on beaches, on snow and in strong wind. Load it with around 9 kg of weight and it keeps your tent stable where pegs won't grip. Empty, it weighs about 85 grams, so carrying a few is easy for beach and snow trips. It's made from 150D polyester, a sensible backup to keep in the car with the regular pegs.

Size: 23 x 23 x 23 cm triangle, 15 cm deep
