The Aion carry-on is Thule's answer to the scuffed nylon roller. Waxed P600 polyester canvas sits over a polycarbonate back panel, so it takes knocks without looking beaten up, and the oversized rear wheels roll over bluestone and gravel instead of skating off them. Inside there is a removable compression packing cube with a TPU lining that keeps damp or worn clothes away from everything else and unclips to work as a day bag once you arrive. At 35 litres and 55 cm tall it meets most airline carry-on limits, and the exterior zip sliders lock together if you want to add your own padlock.
