The Airox Advanced is the carry-on for people who treat the overhead locker as a personal challenge. It's 2.9 kg of virgin polycarbonate, 37 litres expanding to 43, sized at 55 x 35 x 23 cm to suit most cabins. Recessed TSA-approved push-button locks, a 16-inch laptop pocket, and Hinomoto silent dual-caster wheels that don't announce your arrival down the jet bridge. Storm grey — a serious frequent-flyer case that still slides into the sizer.

Victorinox 1+10-year warranty. In the first year, Victorinox covers manufacturing defects, normal wear and tear, and airline handling and transit damage. From year 2 to year 11, it covers manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear, except seams, stitching, fabric and zipper tape. Abuse, accidents and cosmetic damage such as scratches aren't covered. The Travel Shop is an authorised Victorinox stockist, so your case comes with the full warranty. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
