Details

Victorinox built the RescueTool with professional rescuers, and every one of its 13 functions is there for a reason. The large one-hand blade has a wavy edge for cutting through webbing and rope. Behind it sit a dedicated seatbelt cutter, a disc saw that will go through laminated windscreen glass, and a window breaker for getting someone out of a vehicle. Tweezers, a bottle opener that locks, a 7 mm screwdriver, a Phillips driver, a reamer and a wire stripper cover everything else. The luminescent polyamide scales glow in the dark so it can be found by feel at night, and every tool is laid out to work the same way left- or right-handed. Supplied with a nylon pouch.
