Victorinox 1+10-year warranty. In the first year, Victorinox covers manufacturing defects, normal wear and tear, and airline handling and transit damage. From year 2 to year 11, it covers manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear, except seams, stitching, fabric and zipper tape. Abuse, accidents and cosmetic damage such as scratches or stained fabrics aren't covered, and neither is any electronic device or function built into the product. The Travel Shop is an authorised Victorinox stockist, so your bag comes with the full warranty. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
